At OptiCool Technologies , we are redefining how the world cools its data. As the only provider of two-phase pumped refrigerant cooling systems , we engineer solutions that push the boundaries of efficiency, scalability, and performance for modern data centers. We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating clear, user-friendly documentation such as manuals, guides, create diagrams, images, and illustrations associated with the content they develop.
BS in Technical Communication, Engineering, HVAC
Proven experience as a technical writer in engineering, HVAX, refrigeration or related industry. 3-5 years
Proficiency in documentation tools and software
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical aspects a plus
Familiarity with technical diagrams, piping, instrumentation, and schematics a plus
Graphic Design experience
Excellent writing and editing skills, PM and organizational skills
Effective visual communication skills, including the creation of charts, diagrams, and infographics to support text
