Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy. This high-visibility position serves as the central hub for client and customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. The SDR will manage the integrity of the HubSpot CRM, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management & Data Integrity

• Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and implement best practices for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on pipeline health and conversion metrics.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, clients, and customers to maintain a seamless experience.
• Manage communication and data flow with third-party sales support partners.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on client status, campaigns, and sales activities.

Sales Support & Development

• Assist with lead qualification and prospecting efforts to ensure quality engagement.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects, clients, and senior executives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Experience or internship in sales support, sales development, or CRM administration.
• Skills:
• • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Working Conditions

• Standard office environment or remote setup.
• Minimal travel required.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
