Nurse Healthcare Recruiter / Hybrid / Manhattan, NY

Healthcare Recruiter Overview:

Full-Time
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:30pm
Hybrid: 3 days in person (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), 2 days remote

Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary:

Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting nursing professionals such as RNs, LPNs and CNAs in the New York City area.
This individual will have the support of an extensive and very successful recruitment team and tremendous financial resources.

Healthcare Recruiter Job Duties:

Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.

Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

Minimum (1) year recruiting experience in healthcare roles.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Previous staffing experience in hospitals preferred.

Healthcare Recruiter Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 annual salary range (depending on experience) + commission structure
