The Role

Were hiring a Head of Growth to spearhead our next phase of global expansion, with a focus on the US and Europe. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll own the growth strategy end-to-end, defining playbooks, optimizing funnels, leading go-to-market initiatives, and scaling user acquisition. Youll work directly with the founders and leadership team to shape how Emergent Labs becomes a category-defining AI company.

What Youll Do

• Design and execute the global growth strategy across the US and European markets.
• Own key metrics across user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Develop and optimize scalable growth channels: paid, organic, partnerships, product-led, and community.
• Build and lead crossfunctional initiatives across product, marketing, and sales to drive exponential adoption.
• Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, including P&L ownership, pricing, GTM models, and market expansion.
• Establish a strong datadriven growth culture, using experimentation and analytics to inform decisions.
• Build and mentor a worldclass growth team as we scale.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, highgrowth startups, or tech leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling products and driving measurable revenue growth.
• Strong grasp of growth levers across marketing, product, and business strategy.
• Deep understanding of P&L management and financial modeling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and makes datainformed decisions.
• Technical curiositycomfortable working with AI/tech products and translating them into growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
