About the Opportunity: She Recruits is excited to present a brand-new nocturnist opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role is perfect for physicians who want a focused night shift schedule with no procedures or codes, and support from mid-level providers. You'll be part of a growing, physician-led hospitalist group dedicated to evidence-based care and transforming healthcare delivery in the Tampa Bay area.

Role Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, 7 on / 7 off (approx. 183 shifts annually)
• Duties: All admissions and floor call
• Extra shifts available for additional compensation
• Mid-level support for floor call and admissions
• Expected admissions: 8-12 per night

Location & Lifestyle: Tampa offers a vibrant community with access to beaches, cultural activities, and a warm Florida lifestyle. The hospitalist group serves hospitals and post-acute facilities across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Highlands, Marion, and Pasco Counties.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Open to new graduates
