Accountabilities

• Develop comprehensive, complex and accurate information reports.
• Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking.
• Communicate data findings to senior management for forecasting and client needs.
• Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs.
• Perform complex data analysis functions to meet management needs.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts.
• Deliver training and data analysis education for colleagues.

Requirements

• Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
