Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $25/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Take charge and lead a skilled maintenance team! BGSF is seeking an experienced Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor (Spanish/English) to oversee operations and ensure top-quality service for residents. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
• Complete and oversee work orders and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members in English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead tech
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation and tools required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
