Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
We are an income tax and financial planning firm located in Howard Beach, NY. The individual we seek will provide administrative support to the financial advisors and tax preparers from now until April 15, 2025.
Paid Training to begin once hired.
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling appointments
· Answering a multi-line phone
· Faxing, copying, and filing
· Proofreading and collating tax returns
· Inputting new client’s information into tax program
· Providing administrative support to tax preparers
Qualifications:
· Detail oriented
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Ability to work as a team member
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to navigate the internet and Microsoft Office
· Minimum 1 year administrative assistant experience
