The Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into strategic, hard to find areas of the hospital. A Senior Provider Recruiter will serve as a consultant to the Division Directors and hiring managers in their assigned areas around attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include: developing sourcing plans, direct and indirect candidate sourcing including cold calls and direct sourcing, and screening candidates for positions. Requires in depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. The recruiter also coordinates background reviews, references, licensure and any other verification activities.
This position will be a hybrid position and will require some work related travel.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.21/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
