Job Title: Temporary Field Test Operator
Location: Bessemer, MI
Pay: $15.00 per Hour
Shift: M-F 7:30AM-3PM with 30 minute lunch.

What’s the Job?
- Responsible for running snowblowers through predefined test sequences to ensure accurate and consistent field testing. The operator will work closely with the test engineering team to execute the testing plans and provide feedback related to the operation of the snowblowers under different conditions.
- Operate snowblowers through various test sequences following specific instructions.
- Ensure snowblowers are operated safely and according to test protocols.
- Provide feedback on snowblower handling, ease of use, and operational challenges.
- Participate in various test conditions, including cold and snowy environments, to evaluate the equipment's performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during testing.

What’s Needed?
- Full time, temporary position from approx. November 17 through March 27.
- M-F 7:30AM-3PM with 30 minute lunch.
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate equipment and follow detailed instructions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including snow and cold.
- Physically capable of handling snowblower operation for extended periods.
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
