Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is expanding our plumbing division and looking for a skilled, customer-focused Sewer & Drain Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing, clearing, and repairing residential drain and sewer systems. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential sewer and drain issues using powered drain equipment, cameras, and hand tools
  
• Perform sewer line inspections, locate underground lines, and identify problem areas
  
• Clear main lines, branch lines, and drains using mechanical and high-pressure water jetting equipment
  
• Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners in a professional manner
  
• Present repair/replacement options and upsell when appropriate
  
• Keep accurate records of work completed and collect payments when required
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
  
• Follow all safety procedures and plumbing codes
  
• Collaborate with team members and attend training sessions to stay up to date
  

• 2+ years of experience in sewer, drain cleaning, or plumbing service preferred
  
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  
• Experience with camera inspection and locating equipment is a plus
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record ( Class E license required within 30 days of hire )
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate heavy drain equipment, and work in confined spaces
  
• Professional appearance (visible tattoos must be covered while working)
  
• No overnight travel required
