divh2Supervisor/h2pThe Supervisor is responsible for providing first-line oversight and leadership to Contract Security Officers (CSOs) assigned to the Department of War that will operate in the National Capital Region. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality security services in accordance with the contract, post orders, and applicable laws and regulations. Supervisors are accountable for ensuring personnel readiness, professionalism, and compliance with all contractual and operational standards./ppResponsibilities:/pulliOversee and monitor day-to-day activities of CSOs to ensure proper performance and post coverage./liliEnforce adherence to all contract terms, post orders, and operational procedures./liliConduct regular inspections of security personnel and posts to verify compliance./liliMaintain open communication with the Program Management Team regarding personnel performance, post issues, or operational concerns./liliEnsure supervisors do not provide relief or act in a dual capacity as CSOs while performing supervisory duties./liliSupport corrective action plans, employee evaluations, and training initiatives./liliRespond to incidents and provide on-site leadership during critical situations./liliBe able to compose in the English language precise short paragraphs, written reports, and other reports as necessary./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliA minimum of five (5) years of experience in law enforcement or a security-related field, showing a successful history of increasing levels of responsibility./liliAt least three (3) years must be in a supervisory capacity with a record of exceptional service./liliMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret to Top Secret/SCI security clearance and meet all government suitability standards./liliStrong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills./liliMust be able to effectively train, evaluate, and guide CSOs in accordance with contract standards./liliMust maintain all certifications and credentials required by contract, local, and state regulations./liliBe able to read and understand the English language to effectively carry out applied printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials./liliMust be able to pass Physical Abilities Test./liliMust be able to pass Medical and Physical Screening./liliMust be able to pass Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) (Behavioral Analysis)./liliMust be a US Citizen/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:/pulliSkill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment./liliMust have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook/liliMust write clearly and informatively; edit work for spelling and grammar; vary writing style to meet needs; present numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information./li/ul/div
