If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice and full-service return preparation. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers. Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions. What You Need Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns. Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or practicing attorney) with PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken communication skills. Reliable internet meeting Intuit Security criteria. Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across at least 3 days. Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities.
