Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you! What You Will Do Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. What You Need Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge. Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent customer service skills; confident interacting with customers via video and audio tools. Must have an internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on at least three days. Benefits 401(k) savings plan with Intuit matching.
