Safety Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated safety manager with general contracting experience. What you will be doing:

• The Safety Manager is responsible for the management, coordination and successful completion of safety requirements on their assigned project.
• You will assume a leadership role for all staff members on site as well as subcontractor partners in leading these teams to safely construct their project and improve the workforce's attitude towards behaving in a safe manner both on and off the job. 
• The Safety Manager will develop and conduct site specific orientation training programs and implement those programs for all onsite staff and subcontractors.  
• Are responsible for conducting and documenting weekly safety inspections on the project site(s).

What you need for this position: 

• 3+ years of safety manager with general contracting experience.
• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
