Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, empathetic care to our patients while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Oversee daily activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Adhere to all Federal, State, and Local standards, as well as facility guidelines and policies.
• Confirm adherence to established protocols by all nursing personnel under your supervision.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining patient confidentiality.
