👩‍⚕️ Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, safe, and effective emergency nursing care to pediatric patients
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing evaluation of patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation

✅ Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (GA or Compact State)
• Previous Pediatric ED, Emergency Department, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-acuity situations
• Pediatric certifications (PALS, ENPC) preferred or willingness to obtain
