Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Production Designer to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California.

Duties:

• Create, design, and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital platforms
• Generate art extensions, edit and retouch talent imagery, and manipulate color, layout, and composition using Adobe Photoshop
• Design cohesive composite visuals using photography, vector artwork, and motion stills
• Produce production-ready graphics, components, and elements to support ongoing projects
• Apply and maintain design brand guidelines across shows, networks, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with UX teams to optimize asset design for usability, clarity, and performance
• Partner daily with content teams to support timely delivery and deployment of completed assets
• Coordinate with directors, leads, and project managers to define priorities and meet daily production schedules
• Research and experiment with image automation, optimization techniques, and emerging design tools

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required) and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies
• Foundational knowledge of Figma
• Experience using AI-powered design or automation tools
• Familiarity with scripting or specialized production tools
• Print production experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Comfortable navigating technical challenges and evolving workflows

The approximate pay range for this position is between $26.00 and $38.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
