Introduction

Product Management sits at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design, serving as the central function that defines what products should be built and why. As a Product Specialist, you are a critical part of this function, directly supporting the execution of the product strategy by translating high-level vision into actionable product requirements and managing the day-to-day product development lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and translating complex user needs into actionable product requirements and user stories. This is a unique opportunity to learn how products are built from the ground up, balancing technical feasibility with business impact and customer value.

By the end of the program, you will have significantly enhanced your skills in business communication, data analysis, and product ownership. You will learn to manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales teams, acting as part of the central hub for product decisions. This experience will provide a strong foundation for launching a successful career in product management and technology leadership.
