Sodexo has an opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to support a High-End Corporate Client that rapidly growing . This role focuses on creating and baking a variety of desserts and pastries, developing new recipes, and ensuring high-quality presentation. It also includes leading hands-on pastry classes, hosting seasonal pop-ups, and designing pastries for catering events that highlight regional or seasonal themes. What You'll Do:
Prepare and Bake : Create a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods, following both traditional and modern recipes.
Recipe Development : Innovate and develop new recipes to enhance the menu and engage customers.
Decoration and Presentation : Decorate pastries and desserts to ensure they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
