Mechanical Designer

Position Overview
The Senior Mechanical Designer will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical systems for commercial projects. This position involves collaborating with engineers and other design professionals to create innovative and efficient designs that meet client specifications and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and deliverables.
• Utilize software such as Revit to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integration of mechanical systems.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3  years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong proficiency in design software, particularly Revit.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
