$70,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Marketing Director

Location: Hybrid / Remote UK

Employment type: Full-time

Requirements (non-negotiable)


  • Fix everything that was set up wrong before you got here
  • Rebuild the brand while still hitting this quarters pipeline target
  • Translate chaos into strategy overnight
  • Get buy-in from leadership that still doesnt understand marketing
  • Do everything your founder tells you, even when the data says otherwise
  • Change your campaign because the CEOs granddaughters goldfish used to work in marketing
  • Stretch a 10k budget across ten channels
  • Seek approval from the committee for everything
  • Be a one man band, because ChatGPT can do everything now, so no you don't need resources
  • Go viral (obviously)
