Our client, a leading organization in advanced manufacturing and electronics, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their team. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be part of the Electronics Manufacturing Department supporting high-tech production and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader

Location: Haverhill, MA

Pay Range: $35

Shift: Days 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Maintain and repair specialized electronic equipment, including Scanning Electron Microscopes and vacuum systems.
• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 6S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical issues.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or military technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting high-tech electronic equipment, including SEMs.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with electronic testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read schematics, work instructions, and perform basic troubleshooting at the component level.
