Overview Project Manager ROLE We need an experienced Project Manager at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS’s Office of Hearings administers and delivers Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB), Medicare Geographic Classification Review Board (MGCRB), and CMS Hearing Officer proceedings. The MGCRB process allows hospitals to apply for geographic reclassification to higher wage areas for increased Medicare reimbursement, while the Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) program supports the appeals process for Medicare Advantage organizations disputing audit determinations related to payment accuracy. In this role, you will oversee all program management activities for both MGCRB and RADV operations, ensuring efficient coordination, quality assurance, and timely delivery of all contract requirements.
