About the Role RDSolutions is seeking a resourceful Python Developer to join the team, focusing on Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python and a passion for working with data. Experience with Databricks is preferred, but motivated college graduates with strong Python skills are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Analyze and process large datasets using Python (Pandas, PySpark). Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SSRS and PowerBI. Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows. Apply AI/ML techniques to extract insights and build predictive models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Work with Databricks for scalable data engineering tasks. Visualize data and communicate findings effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (recent graduates welcome). Proficiency in Python, especially with Pandas and PySpark. Experience with SSRS and PowerBI for reporting and visualization. Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and techniques. Knowledge of Databricks or willingness to learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
