TidalHealth, located on Maryland’s beautiful Eastern Shore, is seeking a Director of Interventional Radiology to lead and grow our expanding IR program at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, MD. This is an exceptional opportunity to guide a well-established team within a physician-led, multi-specialty group of over 400 providers committed to delivering high-quality, community-focused care. 

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Base Salary Range: $638,000 – $729,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty) 

• Leadership stipend and eligibility for productivity and quality incentives  

• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance 

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available 

Position Highlights:  

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Interventional Radiology service line 

• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership, surgery, and anesthesia to expand and enhance procedural offerings 

• Practice at a Level III Trauma Center with a robust anesthesia care team 

• Modern operating suites equipped with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional support staff 

• Call coverage shared among team members 

• Perform a wide variety of interventional procedures across a high-volume system handling 18,000+ surgeries and 2,300+ births annually
