Job Title: Maintenance Technician (HVAC & Industrial Systems) About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running smoothly. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and industrial equipment—all while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, and industrial systems
• Diagnose and repair production machinery and facility infrastructure
• Service equipment such as mixers, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machines
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and HVAC units
• Keep accurate maintenance records and support reliability improvements
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and industrial systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer skills for logging data
• High school diploma/GED required; technical training or certification preferred
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pryor, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
