What You’ll Do

• Source, recruit, and onboard physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for permanent and contract positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
• Build strong relationships with both providers and facilities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through consistent outreach, networking, cold calling, job postings, and referral generation.
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet facility needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open roles.
• Stay knowledgeable about market trends, provider compensation, licensing requirements, and credentialing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with high-level medical professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing (locum tenens or permanent placement).
• Background in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and high-volume outreach strategies.
• Knowledge of medical specialties, provider licensing, and hospital staffing needs.
