Responsibilities Providing operational support to franchise owners including day-to-day operations and guidance on strategic planning. Communicate with the franchisor, keeping them updated on the status of franchisees and providing feedback on the franchise system. Gathering and analyzing data used to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement. Motivate and coach franchisees, including providing feedback, helping set goals, and celebrating successes. Enforce franchise compliance to ensure franchise owners follow the franchisor's rules and regulations.
