Job Description Responsibilities Daily Dashboard Management
- Update and maintain key financial metrics.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, internal reports).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in daily financial reports.
- Automate recurring dashboard updates where possible.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
- Monitor key expenses and highlight significant changes.
- Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and purchase orders.
Budget Tracking & Forecasting
- Help track budget utilization for different projects.
- Update forecasts based on actual financial performance.
- Support CAPEX/OPEX tracking and report deviations.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Support
- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders.
- Track pending payments and follow up with suppliers/vendors.
- Assist in preparing payment schedules.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and financial tracking.
- Support the implementation of automated financial tools (e.g., Power BI, Macros).
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Client's policies.
