POSITION OVERVIEW

Were seeking a polished, service-oriented Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to support a creative and business-savvy couple with residences in Miami . The EPA will operate as a trusted right-hand, handling high-level logistics, lifestyle management, and personal services. This role combines the discretion of a personal assistant with the sharp execution of an executive assistant, requiring emotional intelligence, organization, and a style-conscious mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Calendar Management: Manage complex personal and business calendars with full logistical support.
2. Travel Coordination: Book multi-leg personal and business travel; oversee on-site support during travel.
3. Personal Procurement & Gifting: Source high-end, hard-to-find items and execute gifting with brand alignment.
4. Wellness Logistics: Schedule health/wellness appointments and manage medical documentation.
5. Social Planning: Support private events and gatherings that reflect the principals creative vision.
6. Daily Support: Run errands, coordinate household shopping, and fulfill last-minute requests.
7. Administrative & Financial Tasks: Track expenditures, reconcile receipts, and coordinate with finance teams.
8. Lifestyle Research: Monitor trends in fashion, wellness, travel, and design to inform recommendations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 57 years experience as a high-level PA or EA, ideally in a private household or luxury setting
• Style-savvy, emotionally intelligent, tech-fluent, and discreet
• Strong understanding of UHNW lifestyle standards and service culture
• Comfortable with dogs, adaptable, and travel-ready
• Skilled in Outlook, Apple devices, and digital task management

NOTES

• The base location is Miami , with occasional travel
• This is not a 9-to-5 role; flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness are essential
