As a Vistage Chair , youll facilitate monthly peer group meetings and provide one-on-one coaching to CEOs, business owners and key executives. Youll help them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and growpersonally and professionally.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of senior executive or business ownership experience
• P&L responsibility of $5M+
• Current or former CEOs, Presidents, Senior Executives, or Executive Coaches
• Business or executive coaching experience
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others
