Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creating 2D and 3D models of buildings, structures, and related components using Revit software based on architectural, structural, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design information.
• Developing detailed construction documentation, based on the Revit models
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient designs
• BIM Coordination to ensure accurate integration of design information into the Revit model
• Following established BIM standards, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency and quality in the Revit models and documentation.
• Model Maintenance and Updates: Regularly updating the Revit models to reflect design changes, revisions, or as-built conditions. Managing the organization and cleanliness of the model
• Coordinating with project management staff, subcontractors, owners and other trades
• Maintaining proficiency in Revit software and staying up-to-date with the latest features and advancements in BIM technology
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to BIM and Revit

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems and components

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Degree/Training or 1 year work-related and proficient with REVIT.
