Job Summary

We are looking for a Dealership Service Porter to join our team. If you’ve got a good driving record, a positive attitude, and a love of cars, this could be the position for you. As a Dealership Service Porter, you will manage the service stalls in our parking lot. You’ll manage the flow of customer vehicles, provide basic cleaning services, and respond to customer requests with an aim toward customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities 

• Move customer vehicles and manage vehicle flow within all areas of the auto group grounds.
• Collaborate with the service advisors to perform assigned duties and ensure dealership standards are upheld
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and maintain the cleanliness of service stalls and parking areas
• Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
