Data Center SCADA Project Engineer

Title: Data Center SCADA Project Engineer

Location: Remote + Travel (30%)

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

We are a boutique company that works globally. We deliver critical infrastructure support systems in advanced high-tech facilities. We monitor systems currently in place in Data Centers across the globe. We are currently in growth mode and are in need of some new engineers. 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Center SCADA Project Engineer to oversee the development and implementation of SCADA systems within our data center operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project phases are executed smoothly, from design through to completion, while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SCADA systems for data center operations
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate SCADA with building management systems
• Manage vendor submittals and ensure compliance with specifications
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and commissioning of control panels
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA and BMS integration
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on SCADA functionalities
• Document project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• We leverage Iconics for our BMS/EMS
• Experience in manufacturing and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and SCADA applications
• Familiarity with data site operations and control panel design
• Proven track record in managing construction and engineering projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
