In addition to being an amazing creative and rigorous thinker (obviously!) were looking for a collaborative Creative Director who is as passionate about the intersection of design, strategy and technology as we are. Someone whos excited to inspire a talented team of copywriters and art directors to new creative heights while helping craft innovative ideas that leave clients beaming.
As one of our senior leaders, youll lead the charge across multiple projects while maintaining quality control of the creative teams output. From anticipating client callouts to knowing what production is going to say about a concept, youll use your keen sixth sense and experience to identify problems before they happenhelping the creative process run smoother while making ideas and teams stronger. Additionally, youll collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategy that push them to bigger and better places, all while staying on top of industry trends that keep brands relevant in their respective space.
Base salary range: $150-210K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
