In this role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing the insurance industry, focusing on creating a customer-first approach. Your mission will be to drive organic growth through high-quality content tailored for the health and dental vertical, stemming from a strategic mindset towards both performance and editorial judgment. As a remote-first establishment, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, shape the narrative in AI-generated answers, and enhance visibility in search engines.

Accountabilities

• Owning and scaling a dedicated content vertical from strategy through execution
• Driving SEO and AEO visibility, with a focus on discoverability in search and AI answers
• Managing writers, freelancers, and editorial workflows
• Building and maintaining a high-performing content calendar
• Measuring performance and iterating based on insights

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or editorial roles, ideally in a high-growth, digital-first company
• Proven experience owning a content vertical or program end to end, including strategy, execution, and performance measurement
• Strong background in SEO with emerging AEO best practices
• Experience managing writers and freelancers, including onboarding and editing
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a content calendar aligned to business goals
• Comfort working cross-functionally with SEO, product, brand, and growth teams
• Data-literate mindset with experience using tools like Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Strong editorial judgment, particularly in regulated industries
