About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer to serve as the financial spokesperson and advisor to senior leadership and the Board Finance Committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading finance across multiple programs, states, and funding streams, with a focus on nonprofit finance, government contracts, risk management, and emerging financial technologies. This role demands expertise in using tools such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. The CFO will also work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff on budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and securing new funding to support the organization's mission and strategic goals.
