*Associate Veterinarian – Compass Rose Veterinary Services at Sandwich Animal Hospital*
Location: East Sandwich, MA
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving team! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a more recent graduate, we’d love to meet you.
*What We’re Looking For*
We welcome veterinarians who are:
* Graduates of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
* Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Massachusetts
* USDA-accredited (or willing to obtain – we’ll help!)
* Skilled in general practice and soft tissue surgery
* Experienced with or interested in cats and dogs
* Positive, team-oriented, and eager to grow both professionally and personally
We’d love to meet you if you also:
* Enjoy educating clients to help them make informed decisions about their pets' care
* Are confident in discussing diagnostics and treatment plans with clients
* Have an interest in integrative medicine or a unique specialty you'd like to bring to the team
* Have in interest in low stress handling - we are working on all staff silver certification!
* Have an interest in working toward a Cat Friendly Practice - we will have separate doctor times and consult rooms, hopefully within in the next year. If you prefer to do limited cats, owner is happy to see them all!
*Schedule*
Looking for a Full time associate to have a 4 day work week - with every other Wednesday/Friday off. No Weekends!
Current Clinic Hours:
* Monday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
* Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
_No weekends or on-call hours!_

Sandwich Animal Hospital has been serving the community for over 30 years. We are proudly independently owned, and are bringing new life to this Hospital as Compass Rose Veterinary Services. We provide high-quality veterinary care, in an educational environment, with the goal of reaching the finish line together. Our facility is equipped with a surgical suite, dental radiography, in-house lab, radiographs, and a visiting ultrasound team. In the next year we are looking to bring an ultrasound in house and add a dedicated feline area! Our team is passionate, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
