Tonna Mechanical is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a qualified Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Key responsibilities include managing payables and receivables, reconciling accounts, processing customer payments, maintaining digital records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required, with experience in QuickBooks Online or QB Certification preferred. Experience with AI automated AP software, QuickBooks Time, and Service Titan CRM is highly encouraged.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in A/P and/or bookkeeping. An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Tonna Mechanical offers competitive benefits including PTO, 401(k) with matching, health insurance, branded clothing allowances, and opportunities for advancement. The salary range is $58,000 - $72,000, with room for growth.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Overtime and on-call hours may be required. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, hold a valid drivers license, and pass background checks, drug screens, and training requirements.
